New Swift Voyager Now Available at Don Amott

New for 2023 here at Don Amott is the Swift Voyager 500 series – the latest version of this popular classic motorhome. With an impressive exterior featuring modern graphics and the customary stylish shape, the Voyager is a vehicle designed to look great as well as offer high functionality and exceptional comfort – all based on the reliability of a Ford chassis, offering peace of mind and true pleasure on the road.

The new Swift Voyager 500 series includes the 540, the 564, the 584 and the 594 – each built with Swift’s SMART construction body shell and with impressive variations on the range’s core features, quality and values. The Voyager is a four-berth motorhome with varying configurations, but all featuring and a front lounge which quickly and easily converts into a double bed.

At 3500kg, the Voyager is a great example of just how good new Swift motorhomes can be for any family. It can be driven on the UK’s standard category B driving licence, and because of its smart design it can be easily handled and manoeuvred by anyone hitting the open road for the first time. Each model in the Voyager range is over 7 metres in length, creating a spacious and cleverly considered interior environment for travellers, featuring a choice of four impressive layouts, and a well-kitted out fitted kitchen and integrated washroom.

Interior

Starting right up front, the revolving captain’s chairs in the front cab of the Voyager 500 series make for a truly commanding position in which to drive or, switching them round, to socialise with other passengers. Just behind the cab in each model in the 500 series is the social area, featuring convertible bench seating in stain resistant, easy to clean fabrics with complementary scatter cushions, gathering around a Mapa electric rise and fall table.

Soft-close doors on the upper lockers lend a great aesthetic to a convenient storage option. Voiles and mounted blinds around the windows offer comfort and privacy, so no sneak-peakers when you’re socialising or sleeping…

Sleeping Arrangements

Ergonomically contoured bedding with sumptuous fabrics will increase comfort for those all-important night-time rests after days of adventure. The Duvalay Duvalite Alto mattress contains a platinum comfort layer, an advanced recyclable polyester fibre offering comfort and support and Duvalite Memory Fibre for increased airflow and a cooler, more comfortable sleep. The 540 features a height adjustable electric drop-down bed over the front lounge, whereas the other models have master beds (whether island, Frech or convertible singles) to the rear of the vehicle.

Bathroom

In each of the four Swift Voyager 500 series models, the washroom design features a level floor, combined vanity unit and sink bowl, toilet and separate shower. The cubicle has a mixer tap, riser bar and soap dish for convenience, and quadrant lighting for comfort. The Ecocamel Jetstorm shower head features an on/off button for a powerful shower that uses less water. A skylight in the washroom allows natural light in, adding a natural ambience to your ablutions.

Kitchen

With a Thetford Triplex combination oven and grill, plus burner gas hob (with glass lid with automatic gas shut-off functionality) and electric hotplate, the new Swift Voyager features a well-equipped kitchen capable of meeting your on-the-road cooking requirements. Food and drink storage is equally well served, by the slimline Dometic (Series 10) dual hinged, automatic energy selection fridge (which features 133 litres of storage space plus a removable 12-litre freezer compartment).

The functionality of the kitchen area in the new Swift Voyager is good, too – with a laminate kitchen worktop with textured finish, plus a durable stainless-steel sink, a chrome-effect kitchen mixer tap, a removable drainer and a food grade nylon chopping board. Completing the kitchen picture is the rooflight featuring flyscreen and blind.

Motorhome road trips will be a true pleasure in any one of the four Swift Voyager models, with each designed for comfort, convenience, power and performance.
